They help us to do the right thing. They bind us together across our different backgrounds and cultures. They represent the foundation of our culture and how we conduct ourselves with each other and the organisations we work with. ### Respect Fostering an environment of inclusion and valuing everyone's unique contributions within our organisation. ### Honesty Honesty reflects integrity, consistently upholding moral principles.  ### Tolerance Understanding and valuing diversity, fostering an inclusive society where individuals feel safe to hold their own beliefs.   ### Integrity Operating with honesty, courage, transparency, and fairness in all activities and interactions. ### Sincerity Cultivating sincerity involves knowing yourself, being truthful even when difficult, making your actions consistent with your words, and being open to others' perspectives. ### Inclusion Incorporates respect, equity, belonging, openness, and collaboration, which aim to create an environment where everyone feels valued and can contribute their unique perspectives.  ### Equality Ensuring everyone has the same opportunities and is not treated differently or discriminated against based on their characteristics, fostering a fair and inclusive environment where differences are respected and celebrated.  2017 - 2026 The Sunrise Foundation CIO.
